At borotsa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your transformation journey. This Refund Policy outlines our policy regarding refunds for subscriptions and products.

1. Subscription Refunds

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with your first month of service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial subscription date.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your first payment
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days
  • You may keep any products already received

After 30 Days

After the initial 30-day period, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for:

  • Technical issues preventing service access
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Exceptional circumstances at our discretion

2. Product Refunds and Returns

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will:

  • Send a replacement product at no additional cost
  • Provide a full refund if replacement is not possible
  • Cover return shipping costs for defective items

Unopened Products

Unopened, unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, subject to:

  • Products must be in original, unopened packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • Refund will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned product

Opened Products

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened supplements or consumable products unless they are defective or incorrect.

3. Processing Times

  • Refund Requests: Reviewed within 2-3 business days
  • Refund Processing: 5-10 business days after approval
  • Credit Card Refunds: May take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement
  • Product Returns: Refund issued within 5 business days of receiving returned items

4. How to Request a Refund

For Subscriptions:

  1. Log into your borotsa account
  2. Navigate to Account Settings
  3. Click "Request Refund" or contact support
  4. Provide reason for refund request

For Products:

  1. Contact us at support@borotsa.com
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization
  4. Ship the product back using the provided instructions

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Digital products and downloadable content
  • Opened or partially used consumable products (unless defective)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Shipping and handling fees (unless we made an error)
  • Subscription fees after the 30-day guarantee period (except as noted above)

6. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically refund past payments. Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Refund

A refund returns money for a specific payment. Refunds are subject to the terms outlined in this policy and are separate from cancellation.

7. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank or credit card company (chargeback), we will investigate the claim. Chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension. We encourage you to contact us directly first to resolve any billing issues.

8. Special Circumstances

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. We will consider refund requests for:

  • Medical emergencies preventing use of services
  • Billing errors or unauthorized charges
  • Service outages lasting more than 48 hours
  • Other circumstances at our sole discretion
